    UPDATE: Gerard H. responded quickly to my complaint. He was courteous with handling the situation below. I am very appreciative and grateful for him following up.

    Ordered food for myself and some co-workers and our ENTIRE order was wrong. When I called, they claimed they couldn't find my order. I had the order number and asked them if they wanted it and they said no. Then someone rudely in the background asked why was I just calling (I ordered around noon for my co-workers, but I don't go to lunch until 1:00 pm). I thought that was extremely rude. Anyway, they said that they'd write my name down to get a meal the next time I ordered. When I tried to cash in on it, they inconveniently couldn't find my name. I emailed corporate and never received a response. It's a shame because my company orders lunch almost everyday and I made sure to let the lunch coordinator know. $30 down the toilet, I won't be eating at Milio's ever again, ESPECIALLY THIS ONE!!
