Cozy small restaurant. Looks like dining in someone's house. Food are delicious

We were sitting on the deck, listening to music. Having an excellent Chardonnay and delicious stuffed mushroom caps, and being served by the delightful Jessica. A storm arrived suddenly and severely. The staff took care of everyone, found us all tables, and brought our uneaten food in and made sure we were taken care of, all very calmly. This has always been a fantastic place with excellent food, and last night confirmed that.

A bit stuffy. Spent $50 on drinks, still they didn't really want us here. Dining room was empty but we weren't allowed unless we bought food. Of course, they don't have anything vegan on the menu so there's nothing for our three vegan party.

Also, they have a 007 martini and the bartender stirred it. No joke!! What kind of world are we living in!?!?

Good atmosphere and food. Their tasting menu was a good deal as you got an appetizer, a main course, and a dessert for $30. This is only valid Monday to Thursday. The taste and the food quality were amazing. However, if you come here to purchase their regular menu, it will be very pricy (~$30-40 for just the main course).

Hands down one of the BEST restaurants in Madison! If you are looking for a nice fine dining restaurant outside of downtown this is your place. The lamb is one of best dishes as well as the duck. Seafood is always amazing and all plates include a side compared to other fine dining being a la cart. You walk into the bar and have to go upstairs to be seated. Call ahead and reserve a seat on the patio during the summer and catch some local bands too.
