Poke It Up

Very customizable bowls with a variety of ingredients. I typically have gotten the build your own bowl with salmon, variety of vegetables/toppings, and the spicy aioli with poke sauce. The ingredients are fresh and the sauces have the right balance of flavors. Portion sizes are great as well!

Hawaii boy here (born and raised) and so i am very picky about poke as I grew up eating it. I've been to all the poke places in Madison and Poke It Up is the only place my wife and I go for poke. Also, these guys know how to cook rice (That really is the barometer for Hawaii people and folks from Japan, Korea, China and other rice eating cultures) Poke it Up has the best rice among all the poke places and that's a sign for me that their food is high quality. And, it is!

I am the owner of the restaurant, and just want to clarify one post. One recent post said they had a poke bowl with a fly in it.
First of all, the logo on top of the bowl is Poke Plus, which is located on State Street. There is a Poke Plus’s logo pictures in the album, anyone could go and compare it to the logo on top of his bowl. Our name is Poke It Up and our bowl is purchased through Eco Products and has no restaurant logo on it. Secondly, our regular price is not $9.43, we have a menu picture in the album as well. Everyone can check the price out.
I sincerely ask this customer to remove his/her review, especially pictures of Poke Plus’ s food. Thank you very much. At last, thanks again to those who appreciate our food

Best Poke in Madison (in my opinion) very generous portion size for a good price. Friendly staff. Always quick service too. I'd recommend this to anyone who loves fresh fish and a healthier option for a meal

Great poke for a great price. Open late and the staff are awesome. Delivery is offered which is a big bonus. I get poke from here the most as it's by far my favorite poke joint in town.
