Portillo's Hot Dogs

First time trying this location after being a long time fan of Portillo's in Chicago and have to say that I was just as impressed. There's only one thing I order here and it's amazing every single time - the dipped Italian beef sandwich with hot peppers. Seriously...I try Italian Beef sandwiches at restaurants all over and none have matched Portillo's. Delicious. Wish there was one where I lived!

My sister and I just ate there tonight. What a great time we had. The food was excellent. The strawberry shake so good. But what was even better than the food was the people, especially the manager. They were so helpful and courteous. We left all smiles. Thank you.

It's a cross between a diner and a fast food restaurant. it has a diner like atmosphere with a 50s theme, but you order at a counter you pick the food up yourself at another counter and you bus your own table. It has inexpensive pricing and a wide array of choices. They have salads, burgers, beef, baked potato, fries, chicken sandwich and even bratwurst. the shakes and malts are excellent.

Absolutely amazing, great food. The interior and exterior of the restaurant was clean. The cashier was friendly and timely. Our food arrived quickly.
My favorite part was the amount of people they had on hand doing different jobs. I've worked in food service before and we had like 6 people max, they had around 20. This shows they truly care about their customers AND their employees. They can get the food out timely without being highly stressed for an 8 hr shift.
The aesthetic and design of Portillo's is also lovely. I also loved the music choice, though the music was a bit loud.
