My wife and I have been here twice. The first time was just for a drink. I tried a flight of their beers and each one was enjoyable. The Roly Soli and the Crucial Z’s were my favorite of the three. In addition to the beers they have a nice cocktail menu. The second time we went, we tried several of the food items. Our group ordered the wings, the poutine fries, the curds, and nachos. All of which were full of great flavor. For dinner I had the Nashville Hot chicken club. It was delicious, but not as spicy as I thought.
We had a chance to speak with the owner Gaston, who was attentive and professional. After speaking to him we learned he’s been in the food business for close to 15 years and to be a part of a business like this has been a dream of his.
We highly recommend you check it out and give it a try. We will definitely be going back, especially for the brunch.
We had a great brunch at the Borough. Ordered several different items and they were all excellent. We’ll prepared and great presentation. They’re known for their assortment of beers and other adult beverages but their food is super and the menu has something for everyone, including gluten free. We also really liked the industrial hip decor. Casual yet classy. Can’t wait to be back during football season.
The absolute best! Mac and cheese amazing, burgers even better, service top notch, and got desserts togo. You must get the olive oil cake! Yum!
Beautiful brewpub. The Borough Burger was excellent as was their fries. They only make a few beers but had lots of “guest taps” to choose from. I had their in-house made Pilsner and it was nice and crisp. Would definitely recommend if you like microbreweries and good food.
Really nice new spot downtown with good atmosphere. Service was friendly and quick at the bar. The Borough Burger is like a gourmet bacon cheeseburger and was delish.
