The food was excellent. It was pricey but that was expected. We tried a number of drinks they were all fantastic. Our waitress did not explain clearly or well how there fondues work but I had been there before my friend had not.

This is a fondue restaurant and we had a blast. Four courses - cheese, salad, protein and chocolate. Every course was delicious. Our server, who prepared much of our meal table side - was fantastic. She was friendly, welcoming and did an excellent job with all the prep and explanation. We will definitely go back.

Cheese and Chocolate fondue is really good but the cuts of meat for the main course were not all that great. We had really slow service when we were there as a family. Took 2.25 hours for a meal and it took over 50 min for the last course (chocolate) between main course and check. Never seen our waitress unless she was coming by to switch plates. Due to the poor service, another 10 year wait may be too soon before we make it back.

It's already a tradition to come here every time I visit my friends in Madison. All fondue options are great - I've been through countless. This place can be romantic, or for friends, or big family gatherings. It somehow always captures the right atmosphere. Staff is well educated on the menu, friendly, and discreet. They are only open for dinner except during restaurant week where you should try there special lunch menu. Make reservations for popular times.

We went their for the first time last night. We were referred by a friend so we didn't do much research on the menu. We also brought our 2 year old rambunctious son with us. We didn't really know what to choose and we ended up choosing something we didn't like and just weren't too fond of it(our fault not the restaurants) . Also I'm pregnant and was worried about meat being cooked all the way through. On top of it our son got impatient before dessert so we asked for the check instead of getting it. The manager came over immediately and was actually concerned that we didn't like the meal and even though we didn't ask for a discount he only charged us $30 dollars for a over $100 dollar bill. Our server was so amazing very friendly and relatable. The service at this place is absolutely worth the money for this dining experience. They are very welcoming and is definitely worth a visit. I do have to say we did love the cheese fondue and the dinner part was just our personal taste and a bad choice on our part. This is why I gave this place a 5 star. I hope to make it in again to try something different and to try to chocolate. Best service I've ever had in a restaurant.
