The food cart came to my company for lunch this afternoon. The Caribbean Panini was absolutely delicious. Wish we could have these sandwiches more often!

I was incredibly impressed! Fresh, healthy and delicious! Toast was part of an open house at MadPower Training Center so I was able to try a panini there but they are usually on library mall. I have two sons at the UW and I am very happy they have a healthy fast food alternative!
