“My fiancé and I tried La Oaxaquena tonight for the first time; immediately after our first bites we looked at each other and said “Our new go-to”. The owners are absolutely wonderful and personable, we adore them both! The food can’t get any more authentic; so naturally, it is absolutely amazing! The best Barbacoa and Carnita tortas we’ve ever had. AND the best lengua tacos we’ve ever had! We can’t wait to return to try more food and visit with the owners some more. We have official plans to be regulars for both the food and the awesome grocery options for when we cook at home!”

“Went last night on their 1 year anniversary and had the fried Haddock. VERY GOOD! We’ve eaten here several times and have never been disappointed. Staff are always super friendly and we have never had a bad meal! Last night they started a salad bar and it was a nice addition. Congrats on your one year anniversary! “I was in on May 17, 2019. I think it was about noon, maybe 12:30. The employees did a wonderful job. They were polite and well organised. I sat in the incredibly clean store and enjoyed my meal. However, during the lunch rush on a Friday, there should be 3 employees on hand. I watched these two work really hard for about 45 minutes straight and couldn't help but wonder why there were only two of them handling such a large volume of customers.”
