“What a beautiful place! Great atmosphere with lovely music and the food was excellent! I had the avocado tomato grilled cheese with chicken noodle soup. Yum! And we tried the truffle fries, delish as well. They have a huge variety of beverages including tons of teas. While waiting for food we browsed the store filled with quality locally made items. I love seeing unique places like this in our small communities.”

“Love the small menu! The 1855 Breakfast Sandwich was phenomenal. I also had a delicious morning bun today and it was the perfect size and fresh as can be. Haven't tried the coffee yet but 100% recommend the breakfast! My friend has tried the avocado toast and raved about it. Note to owner: Maybe you can offer sausage patties for the breakfast in the future. I love a sausage, egg, and cheese bagel sandwich!”

“I don’t live around here anymore, but when I’m in town visiting my family, grabbing a coffee & an enormous cinnamon roll for breakfast (or a pizza & beer for lunch) at The Mazo Grind is a must! Everything is made fresh right there. Even the bread! I also really appreciate all of the milk alternatives and vegan/vegetarian options. There’s even a bunch of gluten-free options for those who are so inclined! And of course, the staff is super friendly and helpful. One thing to mention: They’re quite possibly the only coffee shop within a 50-mile radius that has a drive-thru, which sets them apart. So if you’re heading down Route 14 and need a caffeine boost, this is the place!”

“Definitely recommended if passing through Arena. Some of the best tacos I've ever had, and definitely the most diverse selection of tacos I've ever seen (somewhere like 12 different types). The tangy spicy Zeus sauce makes everything even better, but even by itself the jerk fish taco was phenomenal - the perfect amount of tenderness and flavor. Prices were very fair too.”
