Novanta

Such good, fresh, authentic Neapolitan pizza. Reasonable price. Fast and friendly service. We were amazed that the place wasn't packed because it was so awesome. We were visiting from out of town. If I lived here I would be at Novanta all the time.

First visit today. Stopped here mainly because it would be fast. Ordered two pizzas, and whoa -- they were amazingly flavorful! The quality of the ingredients was unexpectedly impressive. Seriously the best pizza I've had in Madison.

Pizzas are cooked in a 900° wood fired oven in 90 seconds. Their homemade bread is baked in the morning -- in the still warm oven from the night before. Looking forward to trying the bread next time!

This is probably the best pizza I have ever eaten. It's flavorful and delicious and the people that work there are up beat and helpful. All in all a superb pizzeria

Fabulous pizza, fabulous service, I can't say enough good things about this place. Every single thing I've tried here has been fantastic. One of the few certified Neopolitan pizza places you can find in North America. Wood fired oven, Italian #00 flour, imported water buffalo mozzarella from Italy, or mozzarella made right there in-house. Absolutely amazing.

Novanta has an amazing Caprese platter. Make sure and get an extra loaf of bread sliced. They make their mozzarella in house. My sister loves the Graham Cracker Cake. I haven't tried it but she says it's divine. The pizza is great and the salads are fresh and plentiful. Cute restaurant in a convenient location.
