Amazing noodles and pork dumplings! Clean restaurant and friendly staff. Seriously, this is the best Chinese restaurant in Madison.

Best Chinese food outside of Chinatown in Chicago!! You will be very pleased with their food. A must go place when in Middleton!! Their homemade pan fried noodles are fabulous!!!

Very large portions! We ordered 3 dishes for four of us and have enough left overs for another couple of meals. Of the specialty dishes, spicy beef was my favorite. Spicy for traditional Wisconsin tastes, but not too spicy.

Will definitely be back!! If only there was an east side store... Yum!

I've enjoyed coming here for lunch for a few years. They do have "traditional Chinese" dishes that most people would be familiar with, but their specialty are noodle dishes made with fresh, in-house-made noodles. Servings are generous and well-spiced. Dishes marked as spicy are not burn-your-mouth hot, but are well balanced, getting most of the heat from fresh jalapeno chilies in the dishes I've had. The staff is nice. This is a good place to get a taste of China you might not know.

I can't say enough how amazing this restaurant is. The ambiance is unimpressive but clean - but the food is truly out of this world. Homemade noodles well balanced with vegetables and meat with incredible flavor. We started with the scallion pancakes which were crispy and light and the pork dumplings with scallion and wood ear mushrooms which were steamed then lightly pan-fried, doughy and exploding with flavor. We (2) shared the spicy beef with homemade noodles. The portion was extremely generous and even sharing we are bringing home leftovers. The noodles were light and perfectly chewy, the sauce and spice flavorful but not overpowering, and the beef had the perfect taste of meat that has been seared on a hot pan but not fatty or overcooked. It was balanced with a good portion of cabbage, carrots, and onions. The food was truly sensational. Can't wait to go again!
