Subway

The employees at the store told me that I wasn't aloud to bring my pet fish Flipper into the store, and I had to eat my sandwich on the curb. I'll come back when they let me bring my pets into the store. Other than that, they mistakenly made me two footlong meatball subs, and Flipper doesn't like meatball subs.

I love this place!!! The employees are amazing and I love how nice everyone is! Mary is such a great employee who always does what I need. 10/10!

I've been to numerous subways around the Madison area. Non have changed more drastically then this one. However it has indeed changed for the better. About a month ago I walked in and was greeted by a slow moving line and terrible customer service by the manager, a bigger blonde man, non the less. It is good to see that he is long gone and that the customer service has greatly improved. I went in Sunday and was greeted by a friendly worker, a school student who was very welcoming and had a smile on his face, the food and bread was very nicely cooked and fresh, and nice cleanliness in the store overall. I highly recommend this subway from any other due to the great workers such as the boy who made my sandwich
