The on-line system does not compensate for kitchen capacity, and the cooks can't keep up during rush as no matter how busy, you can still submit immediate pick up. Call in your order and they will give accurate wait time. There are a few kinks to work out, but for a new restaurant they show great potential!”

“This is quite possibly the best Taco Bell in the entire country. The staff is so friendly! They acknowledged me multiple times and even shouted, "Thank you; have a great day!" as I was leaving. The portions seem enormous compared to other Taco Bells. They were slightly short-handed, but they were working very hard and still being friendly. Excellent service. Cheap food usually is not prepared this well and when I buy fast food, I don't expect 5-star service, but these people were great. I will be eating here much more often!”

“For my wife and I, it's our favorite place to eat. This is not a chain restaurant, has a delicious and eclectic set of food choices. I like the gumbo soup and Friday baked fish. The burgers are great! For drinks, they have lots of house-brewed microbrew choices, nice wine selection and many other mixed drinks. The service team is friendly and eager to please. In the summer, the upstairs rooftop (outdoor) seating area has a fire-pit as well as many high and low tables making for very cozy seating options. Indoors it has a bar, TVs and more high and low seating options.”

My children and I ate dinner there after an hour of play at Go Ninja - the service was fast and each employee we encountered was extremely friendly. We were asked by a few employees if we needed anything and if we were happy with our food. All the employees should be applauded for their genuine friendliness and customer service. “I'm rarely moved to write a restaurant review; however, I just have to share how much we love El Charro. We've been several times - trying something new each visit - and everything has been amazing. Not just good, I'm talking exceptional. The ingredients are very fresh, the menu offers a lot of variety and even the most standard dishes are ridiculously delicious. Bonus: The staff is friendly and attentive. If you have to wait for a table (it's a small space), know that it's worth it.”
