(October 7, 2019, 3:19 am)Their menu screen where you check the accuracy of your order in drive-thru is not working and we had to repeat that my son's burger was plain twice. When we got to the window, we nicely asked to check that the #1 was plain.... they had to make a new burger.

(August 29, 2019, 2:08 am)Purchased a Baconator meal. Bacon was way overcooked, had the texture of beef jerky. The fries on the other hand were undercooked. While they were warm to the touch, they tasted like raw potatoes. Usually I never had a problem with this Wendy's. Probably training in new people.
