Makes it great for anything from studying to a chill place to hang with friends. And for college students it is within good walking distance from campus. And the hours are awesome too! “The place is very clean, great friendly staff and there are tables to eat at. We order 2 pizza's the medium pepperoni and sausage had lots of toppings and was very tasty -- we also ordered a small pizza with onions, mushrooms and roasted bell pepper, the amount of vegetables was terrible! there was maybe 5 pieces of pepper and maybe a tablespoon of mushrooms and onion. there was so little toppings that it basically looked like a crust with sauce. I wish I would have taken a picture to post as it was very sad.”

“Best authentic Italian Beef sandwich this side of Chicago. Service is more fast-food than sit down restaurant. You order at the counter, pay and they give you a number. When your order is ready the cook brings it to your table. You do get metal dining ware, but it is wrapped in cheap paper napkins. They are still making the transition from food truck to "brick and mortar" restaurant.”

“The deep dish has a non-traditional thinner crust style (but is still deep dish), and was fantastic. Their Chicken Alfredo pizza has become my fiancee's favorite (and she normally never likes anything other than cheese pizza.) Their sandwiches are also amazing, and very reasonably priced. The prices match the quality (you pay a little more and get amazing quality when compared to other places), and the staff is super friendly. I would recommend anyone passing through Colfax to take a stop at A Little Slice of Italy. (Just be mindful of the building, it's not quite square.)”
