Cast Iron Pizza Co.

Finally got the opportunity to check this place out. Went with a friend who wanted to take me to dinner for my birthday.

We got the salad bar and built our own pizza. Food was delicious.

Best part was atmosphere and staff. Extremely friendly and was patient with us helping us know our options. Atmosphere was inviting and relaxed

There’s a lot of options to building your own pizza, the food is spectacular. So good I started digging in before I even took a photo to share. Just looking at it I knew it wasn’t going to be average quality. So far this is the best pizza in Eau Claire in my opinion. I don’t even know if I’ll try any other pizza honestly. They also have real lettuce options not just iceberg trash lettuce. I have to try their huge salad bar next time. The price for the quality was perfectly balanced. The girl at the counter was polite and helpful.

Lunch for 3: $70+. (2 adults, one child). Too expensive for pizza that is not outstanding. We did not care for the style of crust used. We could not get much flavor from the mushrooms at all. Very friendly staff. Chairs are not comfortable for even slightly overweight customers (super narrow). No kids sized pizzas offered.

Pretty spacious place, decently sized menu with all kinds of different options. There was barely any wait for 2 large pizzas, came out incredibly fast and the pizza man its fricken tasty. The sauce is smooth and yummy, awesome cheese toppings and the crust was so perfectly crunchy, this place is rad I will absolutely be back to try the other kinds! Yall are killing it.

HIGHLY recommend the herb crust. we got the Zeus and also did a build your own with sausage and the pepperoni cups. also tried the mushroom flight with the Dilly Dally. it was all SO GOOD! We went at lunchtime on a Thursday and it was full with people who work downtown so it was pretty noisy.
