Madden Ramen

The tonkatsu ramen was delicious. The steak ramen wasn't worth it in my opinion. I would come back for the tonkatsu broth and the boba tea. Just a warning - you cannot adjust sugar levels for fruit tea and it's very sweet.

The restaurant has amazing decor and cleanliness.

Based on our local foodie site, hubby and I wanted to try something different. The hostess was incredibly nice! She answered all of our questions about the menu and ingredients. Had the gyoza was decent. Not the best I’ve had but good. Hubby had the chicken nugget type thing. The sauce was good, chicken was a bit different lol. The ramen isn’t homemade fyi but that’s ok. It was great. I ordered the Madden ramen which DID NOT disappoint. The broth was exquisite. So much flavor. The pork belly was so yummy. I asked for no bamboo but still got it. Maybe it’s already in there? The bowls are also huge! I had enough soup for three meals lol. But hubby had it for two. He had the chicken ramen and he loved it. We WILL DEFINITELY BE BACk!

My husband suggested trying this new place close to our home. I didn't know what to expect, but regardless, I always loved to eat ramen noodles. Surprisingly, it was very good all in all. The seafood Salmon/Tuna salad was great! My husband and son had the Madden Ramen, Pork Ramen, and I had the seafood Ramen noodles. You should also try the Madden fries very good as well.

Stopped in Eau Claire to visit our son and he couldn't stop raving about Madden after his already several times visit since the beginning of the school year started. We certainly were impressed by the facilities, the delicious appetizers of the Madden fries, the Buns and the gyoza.
For our main meal we each got a different Ramen I got the Madden ramen, my son got the steak rolling and my wife got the vegetable ramen. All of them were very delicious and very filling.
The speed of the food and the service was tremendous, the bathrooms were very clean and modern. Definitely a great place to stop and certainly will return in the future

Excellent Ramen. Comparable to a Ramen shop you’d see in NYC or LA. The Madden Ramen was delicious - a great spicy miso broth, the pork was tasty and melted in your mouth. Hot chili table-side to dial in your own spice. Excellent portion size. Very trendy and clean interior space. Dedication to detail - custom printed napkins, chopsticks, and boba tea cups. Great addition the the EC area. Try it out!
