Red Lobster

Great service. Wait staff was fast and friendly. Quick to refill drinks even when it was busier then normal. Was clean and great buzz in dinning room

My fiancé and I enjoyed our $60 dinner including the tip. Eating out is a scary thing these days, but it's worth the risk when there never has been one at Eau Claire's Red Lobster. Again, we enjoyed the service, the camaraderie of the evening with people of our community who we knew and that we don't know. I have nothing but good to say about our visit. My 4 stars is a reflection of, no one's perfect and anything is possible. I encourage Red Lobster to become a perfect 5 star restaurant by always looking to go that extra step for the customer. Thank you for seeing to my evening out at your establishment go well.

Excellent food and service was amazing. My waitress Mary was the perfect waitress. Never in the way and always right there just when I needed something. The cheesecake with strawberries is to die for. The perfect creaminess and not too sweet. It really tastes very fresh too. I was a little disapointed that there isn't gravy or butter for the mashed potatoes,but otherwise the food was delicious and exceeded expectations. Be sure to try the stuffed mushrooms appetizer. They are so good!

I did the all you can eat shrimp and boy did it not disappoint. I loved the variety of types you can get. Not to mention the complimentary bibs we got (I'm sure you were expecting me to say the biscuits, which are amazing). I don't visit chains very often but this one is worth it in my opinion.

Went with a huge group of 16 after church on a Sunday. They gave us two very attentive servers. They cracked the crab legs for the kids at the table, which was a lifesaver. The kitchen manager came out to greet us and ensure everything was delicious. The manager also assured we were happy. The lobster tail was delicious. The biscuits were hot and plentiful. The house salad was great. Everyone seemed very pleased. Thanks, Red Lobster!
