I love the classic burgers here. Wendy's has a good menu. Problem is it seems like every 3rd or fourth order turns into disaster. For example I picked up bacon jalapeno fries on my last visit and the bacon was just greasy ash. Like bacon forgotten in the pan. Again good food but they need a little quality control to make sure you're not handing something like that to a customer.
The food was good but it was cold. The workers were awesome!
I came here and ordered a Baconator and whatever my husband wanted. Got my food, sat down, and I had a Dave’s Double. Not a big deal, went up and told them. I then waited over FIFTEEN MINUTES for them to make the correct sandwich. When I did finally get it, it was clear it had been sitting out at least the fifteen minutes. I ate it anyway because I hadn’t eaten at all by then, and submitted a complaint online because I had no clue where the manager had wandered off to and I didn’t want to continue dealing with anyone there. This happened on 5/15, it is now 5/29 and they have refused to contact me. Hopefully corporate will contact me themselves, because at this point, I have plenty to say.
Edit: I finally got an email back on 6/29. A month and a half after my experience. I was mailed a comp card and went back. Still not great, but I am changing my review from one star to three.
Cheap fast food eats. Staff is easy to deal with and quick at their jobs. The place was incredibly clean for a fast food establishment. It had clearly been remodeled recently with new chairs, clean paint, and even a fake fireplace. Both drive through and walk up lines appeared to be moving fast.
