“If you like bagels, Einstein’s is the place to go. I went to college near a Einstein’s and would get it almost every day, they have great options and if you get there early you get first pick of the freshly baked bagels! I’ve always dealt with friendly staff who have never had an issue of explaining the menu to me. When ever I am near a Einstein’s I’ll be sure to stop for a bagel and some coffee”

“This location isn't ideal for where I live but I met somebody here for a coffee and a treat, and I really enjoyed it. Inside, I like the layout a lot. And the Dark Chocolate Cooler I chose to have was really tasty. For a treat--I had the chocolate chip crumb cake and I also loved that. It wasn't too dry and had a great flavor, as well! There's also a drive-through here for people who prefer that.”

“I’ve been visiting this Perkins for my entire life and on July 7th I received the best service I have ever gotten here. Tony was our server and he told us right away he was new. He was incredibly nice and went above and beyond. Even when he got busy he made sure to check in and make sure we were doing well. I will definitely be back and request him if he is working. 10/10 sir you were outstanding ????????”

“There were 2 staff to take orders and make them. I expected to wait... but not 5 minutes. There was no acknowledgement that i was standing away the counter. And i was not waiting impatiently, although i was considering leaving. When a staff member came to take my order, she went straight for my order, no apology for the long wait. BTW, the tables and chairs were not close to being full and there was no one behind me.”

“Wonderful people. Wonderful service. Wonderful food. Stopped here on a road trip to pick up lunch. The food was tasty—I had the Asian Chicken wrap, which had so much flavor and the perfect amount zing. My wife had the hummus wrap, she enjoyed it so much I didn't even get a bite. The homemade Oreo was incredible! And the lemon bars were so good. I'd definitely recommend stopping here for a bite, if you have a chance.”

“It was awesome! They gave me a medium Hot Apple Blast for the price of a small. I didn’t think I had enough change, so I ordered a small. Then I found more change and asked to change my order. The manager said, "it's only like 40 cents, I don't want to mess with it, so you can just have it." I was so surprised and blessed! Thank you, Caribou Coffee! You made my day!”

“I'm somewhat conflicted with this rating. We have gone here often and enjoyed the experience. This time was different. An employee demeaned me for something I had nothing to do with. I complained to the manager who apologized but nothing more. I called their complaint number and was satisfied with the response. I would have lowered the rating but customer service at the main office did a great job.”
