    Overall nice. But our room was next to the game room. And well past 10 pm someone must have been playing pool in there. I smelled smoke in the bathroom in the night. The clerk wrote a very nice letter of appology and gave a good discount on the room. Never had that level of professionalism in any hotel before. But the care if the breakfast bar area was severely lacking. No one appeared to be be tending to things in that area. Eggs were not refilled. Tables were dirty. Left a negative last impression.

    Amazing place!! The staff is amazing and very friendly and the rooms are gorgeous. Rates for these types of rooms are normally much higher in my experience. They even have an indoor pool, complimentary breakfast, and a safe in rooms for added security. I will definetely be back to stay here!

    I called and spoke with Emily. Seriously this woman was an angel and so sweet. The world needs more people like her. I wanted to see road trip the band for my boyfriends birthday. We live an hour away so we wanted to stay there. Everything was basically booked or crazy expanse. The woman moved mountains and got me a room at a reasonable rate. This is going to be a great birthday for him and it’s all thanks to Emily!!!
