Culver's

I love going here. I live in Greenbay, Wisconsin, and go there often. The fries are the best tasting to me. They are not greasy and seasoned just right. They also stay hot longer. Thats because they aren't string fries, they are crinkled cut which helps them to stay hot longer. Not cold in 5 seconds like other fast food fries

Alright, first off, mainly about half the reviews are about Culvers in general and the food nobody really talks about the service. Yes, the food is good it always is, but, the service is horrible. On multiple occasions when I went they messed up my order. The guy who was taking orders for the drive thru was extremely rude. If I’m being honest, the only reason I didn’t give it a one star is because of the food. It’s extremely irritating paying for a specific thing and getting something completely different. When our order first got messed up they took the bag of food and just yeeted it into the trash can and showed a vast amount of anger. First off, that’s a waste of food and if you hadn’t been idiotic enough to mess up the order you wouldn’t have had to throw it away. That’s just common sense. Second, you shouldn’t show anger with the customer you should show anger with yourself for messing up the order because nobody wants to pay for something they didn’t order. Third, just learn to do your job better. I suggest they do a better job and I also suggest that people become more aware of the service in places instead of just the food.

Amazing staff, amazing food, and they super generous.

Food was great! Although I used some coupons for custard. The employee was far too confused when I used them. It took about 20 minutes just to get the custard due to confusion. Other then that it was great.

Good food and great service like always from Culvers! Staff was in good spirits and I could sense a positive atmosphere all around. I received my to go order in average time period
