My food was absolutely amazing I highly recommend. Especially if your into southern style food. Mac and cheese amazing! Peach cobbler! Fries amazing! Pulled pork sandwich amazing! Pulled chicken sandwich amazing!
EVERYTHING AMAZING!! ????????
The Food was AWESOME, I had the 2 meat sampler.... Love the fact that they CATER to the military crowd and country... At noon the Tvs all went to flags as they played the National Anthem.... I LOVED IT... I CANT EXPRESS ENOUGH how awesome this place is....
Some of the best Pulled Pork I've ever tasted, and I'm from the south where Pork BBQ is King. My complaints about MIssion BBQ has nothing to do with the food. First, the restaurant seating is hard as a rock and very uncomfortable. Also, every day at noon, they play the National Anthem. Everyone in the restaurant (including the employees), stop what they're doing and stand for the Anthem. I found this very odd and weird. Never seen anything like that before while dining at a restaurant. Now I just pick up my order and eat at home where I can eat in peace, without interruption, and in comfort. Still, highly recommended. Try the pulled chicken. It's the best thing on the menu.
I wish I could do 3.5 stars so I rounded up. Staff are awesome and legit want to help you have a great experience and always moving about cleaning, stocking, and organizing. Ordering experience was quick and pleasant. I ordered fries and pulled pork, they didn't have loaded fries on the menu that I saw. By the time I filled my cup the order was ready.
Food was only okay. Corn bread that came with was dry, I took one bite and didn't finish it. Fries seemed overcooked but we're good if you like extra crunchy fries ( I do not). Pork was a bit fatty but was a great portion. I do have high standards when it comes to BBQ, so others may find it good tasting and they aren't wrong. It was good. But there is a lot to desire. I did leave full. Sauces they had six different flavors plus the rare showing of a vinegar mix that is normally only seen around NC area.
Food was great. Brisket was very tasty & moist. Pulled pork & the sausage was great. First time having Alabama white sauce (which you have to ask for) where has that been all my life. Only downside was the cashier. Could have been a little more patient while I was reading the menu. Other than that everything was great.
