“I love this places food, the most authentic and flavorful Mexican food I’ve found in Kenosha. However, their online ordering system is a joke and sometimes the orders never go through. When I called a few hours later to see if my food was being delivered, they said they never got the order but instead of trying to rectify the mistake since it was on their end they said nothing. Not even a simple sorry. When we have ordered over the phone they usually put us on hold for a very long time and sometimes forget about us being on hold. We have ordered over the phone and when my husband went to pick it up, they never made the food so he had to wait for an hour for them to make our food. When we have ordered in person for takeout the staff is very cold to us, but friendly and kind to their customers who aren’t Caucasian. Every experience we have ever had has been frustrating to say the least. We keep trying to give them another chance periodically hoping that their service/ ordering system has gotten better but it has not.”

“It's what "chain pizza" should be. Better quality and variety than Papa John's, Domino's, and Pizza Hut. It's not quite up to the level of quality as "local" pizza places but then again it's a lot cheaper, right on the price level of the big chains. They used to be a lot more expensive years ago but now they offer coupons comparable to the coupons offered by the big guys. And what other place offers pizzas with tater tots and nacho cheese on them?! Not sure what's up with other reviews complaining about phone orders or delivery but I've only ever ordered from them via their website for carryout and never had an issue.”
