    It took awhile to receive our ice cream. There was only one girl working, so understandable.

    Always love cold stone. The ice cream is fantastic, but the service could be better. I stop here often enough and it never really feels like the employees want me there. Not super welcoming but totally worth it for the ice cream.

    Ice cream was awesome the young lady that made it for us was busy we had to wait about 45 minutes for ice cream the fact that there was a off-duty employee and a manager in the back room that wouldn't come and help her was kind of a put off to us ... She did an amazing job under pressure.
