15 minute wait for 2 burritos and 2 potato ole? And what happened to the sessoning on the potatoes.. There hardly was any. They were friendly and it appeared they were getting a brand audit but that's just too long a wait

The experience is usually decent. The employees are always nice. I do find it strange that this is the only Taco John’s I’ve been to that doesn’t have the cashier’s name on it. It just has “Qs” on it which was definitely not allowed at the store I used to work at.

The only actual complaint I have is that I was told “no” when I wanted a six pack and a pound with three of the tacos with chicken. It’s possible that the cashier didn’t know how to do that, but I didn’t want to make a big fuss about it at the time. I was just hungry lol.

always friendly with good customer service. restaurant is always clean. And they have great food that you get really fast. always hot and fresh.
