“We really really wanted to like the Rail House, but after four visits over the past six months, and every one a very poor experience, we are writing it off our list of places to eat. VERY slow poor service and the food has been a disappointment every time. On one visit the waitress argued with my wife over what a Ruben sandwich is. Really? EDIT 2019: Six years ago when I first wrote this review we were fresh from Chicago, our standards for comparison were a bit too high. Since then we've found that Rail House is one of the better places for the area. We've gone there several times in the past year and found the service and food acceptable. In fact they have an Italian beef that is an exact match to a Chicago beef on flavor. They've also improved their beer selection, it looks like they've expanded the brewery. Now that we've lived in the area for over six years my rating for Rail House goes up a star.”

“This place was pretty ok. When I was there, I had the Chicken Alfredo and mozerella sticks with merinerra sauce. A few minutes after I ate I got a stomach ache but it went away in 40 min or so. The atmosphere was pretty ok as well. Everyone seemed boyant somewhat and it would be a good family restaurant and would recommend for a grandparent or parent birthday party.”

“Never have a long wait and the staff is polite enough, they just need some sensitivity training for the lgbt community and learn not to place a gender on people based off their voice at the drive thru, where the person taking my order decided to call me "young lady." Kinda creepy, and also a little rude.”

“Just picked up two pizzas 1 cheese and 1sausage, I don't know how long they were in the warmer but they were very dry and barley warm, I had to put it in the microwave, and it was cut crooked, never get even slices and when you have children it is a problem, hopefully that can be corrected in Marinette and Menominee please and thank you. Normally when I call in an order and ask them to cut even slices I do enjoy the pizza,also I do enjoy the soft crust the thin crust is so hard I thought I broke a tooth.”

“I'm in love with the fact they sell gyros here. I got the traditional Greek medium meal with no red onions. It tasted good, was in a taco form instead of a wrap. It could have been hotter but it was still satisfying. Our server only gave us one ketchup packet overall and one napkin each. We went through the drive-thru . Haven't been there in years and not having enough napkins was a little sad with the cucumber sauce. Glad I got the Gyro though !”

“Went there for a wedding, the banquet hall was beautiful. The beef tips, dressing, potatoes and gravy were excellent. The chicken was average. They didn't have enough servers to get the food out on the tables so they couldn't keep up. They didn't put big enough bowls of food on the tables, so by the time the bowls came around the table to us, they were empty. The servers were too busy to refill them and the bowls sat empty. By the time they got to us, they were already clearing the tables off so we didn't get much to eat. There were coffee cups on the tables, but there was no coffee. We asked for coffee, but they never brought us any. I think if they had more help, it would have been great.”
