Cousins Subs

I rate this location for five stars. My party order was made just as I had requested. The salad tray looked appetizing and was delicious. I requested delivery to our school and it was on time. Being appreciation.week for our Teachers, they enjoyed and had a wonderful lunch. Thank you Cousins Subs and God's blessings.

I really like that this Cousin's now offers a drive thru that is more than just a pick up window. But with all the options of eateries on Port Washington Rd. Cousins needs to keep in mind that a 22 minute wait for one sub (it was a hot sub) and two soups is quite long. I gave them four stars because they were busy (but it still is long to wait).

Same old, same old..
Had hoped since the remodel and"upgrade" of this store service would improve as well. Sadly disappointed. First visit in well over 2 years. Ordered and paid for online. Went to pick up beyond the 15 minute window given. Order had not been started when I got to the window. Reconfirmed order with fellow at window. 10 minutes later, rec'd and drove home (foolishly NOT checking the contents). Found that neither sandwich was what was ordered. On top of this, I had ordered a "premium" sandwich, which cost a fair amount more than either one of those we actually got! So, bottom line: paid extra for items we didn't want/order, plus had to wait beyond the time stated to receive wrong order! As my wife and I are disabled, and it was late in the evening, couldn't find the energy to go through the process of returning to the store, waiting for who knows how long, etc. I suppose I shouldn't complain, as we wound up eating some of the sandwiches we got. But: this is exactly why we haven't patronized this Cousins in so long. It's happened several times previously. Be sure to TRIPLE check your order!
