(December 24, 2018, 5:19 am)I'm from Gary, IN and we have tons of JJ F & C, it was refreshing to know they have franchised elsewhere. Food is always on point (GOOD) service was fast with no lacking on quality. The establishment itself is kind of run down but the open kitchen display shows its clean. I do not recommend using the bathroom there, not a good sight. Area seems safe for late night ordering but I am from out of town from IN visiting Milwaukee so I wouldn't know for sure. Both times I ordered was late night 10pm-11pm.
