Amazing Chai tea, fabulous staff, great coffee. If it is nice out parking can be difficult so you may have to park at the marina across the street. Plenty of coffee shops have problems bringing in customers during the summer but this place is the exception. When the weather is nice it is packed. Even so the staff take care of you and really make it feel like short wait. Worth the wait given the atmosphere.

It was snowing like crazy when we got into this place a week ago and it was a nice large yet cozy coffee shop with bunch of seats and a gift shop in the middle. We only had coffee but the place felt really good. Great authentic place in a great location.

Location Location Location —you know if it's a nice day it'll be busier, in any season. But why this place isn't a zoo every day of the year, I don't know. Their slogan- strong coffee -holds true. Don't know how they pull out blueberry flavors by roasting a bean, but they do. Don't miss crowded but lively Latin Thursdays, always draws the whole community during good weather.

Very beautiful scenery, even in winter. Great place to stop and chill for a bit, or bring a book to read outside. Their coffee is great, service is always fast even in a rush time, and their bakery is pretty fantastic. The cranberry pumpkin muffins are to die for. The converted and restored building is very cool to just stop and check out while you wait for your drinks.

PROS: Decent food and beverages but standard by means of coffee shops. Menu dictates certain dietary restrictions which is helpful. My favorite aspect of this location is the historic pump house building. The best seat in the house overlooks the main pump from the second level with a two table balcony.

50/50: Live music outside during the warmer months; something to keep in mind if you are trying to study or get work done.

CONS: Limited parking especially during peak times or with summer music (90 min limit).
