Ardent

Simply an amazing meal.. we were visiting from NYC and have eaten at some of the best restaurants. This was way up there as one of the best! The 9 course tasting menu also comes with snacks, extra dessert bites and even a baked good to take home for breakfast the next day (we we're stuffed!). Every aspect of the meal, from the homemade pottery for each dish, the linens handmade by the owner's mother, the story behind each beverage pairing, the fact that everything was locally sourced from the family farm, the thoughtful, friendly and attentive staff. Every dish was absolutely exquisite. My favorites were the croissant with muenster cheese and the mussels with green garlic. My husband's favorites were the crab celeriac custard and the French fries with ice cream dessert! We were sad to leave but excited to tell everyone back home to come to Milwaukee and eat here. Thank you for an amazing dining experience!

Our first visit to Ardent but not our last. Each course was outstanding with extraordinary presentation and flavors to match. The wine pairings were perfect and we enjoyed the information provided on each wine. We’ve dined at many fine restaurants throughout this country and Ardent is at the top. Looking forward to our next visit

The bites just kept coming. Sweet, caring, customized...the staff was awesome and the menu they put together was amazing. It was an experience as much as anything.

We have been to Ardent a few times and have always truly enjoyed. There is so much flavor packed into the food that every bit can be savored. It's wonderfully creative. Delicious wines, expertly chosen. I was surprised and delighted over and over again. Really big fun.

Amazing food and service. The restaurant is a beautiful space, and the meal we had was imaginative and delicious. I selected a drinks pairing with the fixed menu and each drink was well explained and paired wonderfully. Can't wait to go back!
