Great service. The lady was prompt and patient. The employees kept their conversation low in the back very professional. I'm impressed with the level of cleanliness. I was in awe just watching a lady clean she was detailed. U c when pride is taken at work. Lovely crew of African Queens

Up from 2 stars to 4. My co-workers convinced me to give it another try, so I went back a few weeks later. When I walked in, I noticed some management-looking guy was sitting at one of the tables, tapping away on a laptop and chatting with an employee. He greeted me with a smile and cracked a playful joke. Lo and behold, all the employees on this visit were cheerful and helpful, speaking clearly and calling me "sir." The sub was great, and I'll definitely be back.

I had never been to Jersey Mike's before, so I thought I'd give it a try. I couldn't understand a word the employee was saying, and she wouldn't speak clearer when I asked her to repeat herself. The sandwich I ended up with wasn't really what I wanted, but it was fine. Considering it cost $8.75, it should have been a lot better.
