They always have wonderful service and amazing food. The staff is super friendly and excellent. Recommend this restaurant.
It is typical chain restaurant food... Chicken was over done and veggies / rice were cold & dry. Eh it put something in my tummy better than a cold sandwich.
I am a frequent traveler but this visit left me rather cold. We had an early morning flight and sat at the bar to grab some breakfast. There was not a lot of people in the bar area and Penelope (Penny) was the bartender. While she didn't have the most welcoming demeanor, we didn't take it personally. That is until we asked to change our order. She was literally typing in the order on the computer system when we asked to change one of the items. We were shocked at her response; her body language and face radiated annoyance and she did not hide it. We noticed with other customers that she was also a bit short and gave an air that we were all bothering her. Later we saw her eating behind the bar, hand to mouth, and then continue to serve without washing her hands. No utensils, hands touching lips, then hands touching classes and condiments. Luckily we were done eating at that point. Just was not the service I am used to.
For an airport bar and food establishment this place is fine. Small selection of food to order, but it gets the job done when you're hungry and are waiting for your flight. Bar drinks we're fine ... a double is the way to go when ordering. I do have to compliment the friendly staff. They were very helpful, courteous, and attentive to the patrons at the bar.
