Kochanski's Concertina Bar is a awesome place to go. They have open Polka jams on Wednesdays. We have been going here since it was Art Altenburg's Concertina Bar back in the day. My Dziadzia Sigmunt "Zigmund" Alexander Suchorski used to play Concertina with Art Altenburg. I Love this place

Andy and Abbie are making the most of the place. The outdoor space is exceptional. They're growing hops as ornamental out there!
    Dogs welcome.

If you're looking for a great stop, look no further. Great bar, great atmosphere, and great beer. Stop out on a Wednesday to experience entertainment like no other. Awesome polka bands and awesome people. Andy is truly what the city is about and stays true to its culture. Meet some great people and make some great friends. We will be coming back for sure to indulge in the experience again. Stop in, stay awhile, and create some great memories. If you haven't been, you're truly missing out. One of a kind!

It was my first Time back to here since Art Altenburg owned the bar. The last Time that I was there was with my Mother Mary, my Uncle Paul, my Sister Christine, and my Auntie Jackie in December 2000 for Art's Christmas party.

My Dziadzia Sigmunt "Zigmund" Alexander Suchorski used to play Concertina with Art back when he owned the bar.

I don't know what took me so long to come back there. I am Happy that I did though because I finally got to meet Andy Kochanski. It was like a trip down Memory lane when I walked back into The Concertina Bar.

I like the outdoor patio too that Andy put in there.

I met a couple of people who might be able to find me a music teacher so that I can learn how to play Concertina so that I can Honor my Busia and Dziadzia.

I tried some Green soda there which was pretty Good. I don't drink when I am out on my motorcycle which is why I had some soda.

Overall, I am definitely going to have to come back there to Kochanski's Concertina Bar, especially on Wednesdays to listen to the Polka Bands that play there. Everybody who knows me, knows that I am really big into my Heritage with my being a 3rd Generation American Citizen with Polish, Jewish, German, Russian, Prussian, French, Canadian, and Ukrainian Ancestry.

I liked seeing The Polish Flag and The German Flag up on the wall there.

I liked the Bugs Bunny cartoons that were on the television there too. It's my kind of place. I look forward to stopping there again. Thank You to Andy and everybody else there that I met

    Respectfully, Joseph Alexander Suchorski

Fun long bar with a beautiful outside patio. Good selection of local beers and Polish varieties. MUSICIANS NOTES: Had another great experience playing here. Crowd was attentive and appreciative. Stage is a little tight for a five piece band. PA was puzzling but we got it figured out. Enough channels for 3 vocals, DI for guitar/mandolin, stereo keys. Electric guitar was not miked. For room acoustics, the vocals were easier to hear at the back of the house than the front. Do a sound check before hitting the stage for sure.
