Vientiane Noodle Shop

So glad my friend took me to her favorite place. So yummy. Give it a try. And the lady that owns it is so nice. I wish I remembered the name of this dish I got but I am pretty sure it was pictured on the menu (super helpful when you're indecisive or I guess hard when everything looks yummy)

The large bowl of pho seemed like a small and it tasted okay.

Been to this place a few times...food is usually good. Today I must of caught the chef on his/her bad day cause the banh seo was awful...so oily and looked like it was soaked in cooking oil to get the crisp on the outside maybe the heat was on too high because it was cooked too fast I’m sure the chef was trying not to burn it to a crisp so the inside was still mushy. Had to order something else and yup I paid for both dishes cause I’m not cheap and don’t roll that way. Not gonna gripe over a bad dish. Just hope their banh seo improves on my next craving!

One of the best Vietnamese places in Milwaukee. It is inexpensive, and so delicious! I have been to Vietnam and I think that this tastes pretty authentic for being in America.
