Firewise BBQ

Picked up a rack of ribs this afternoon. EXCELLENT. Can't wait to go back. Glad they're in our neighborhood. Welcome !!

I was really excited to see a new food truck option in the area, and it came highly recommended from a couple coworkers.

I ordered a 3 meat sampler with brisket, pulled chicken and a moooink (meatball wrapped in bacon). I was underwhelmed. The order took a surprising amount of time to come out and it was lacking the smoke flavor. For being a barbecue truck with a smoker on the back I expected more smoke flavor. My coworkers felt the same way about the lack of smoke.

The meatball was and odd texture, it was quite loose, if it wasn't for the bacon it would have fallen apart. I prefer the meatball over a Double B's.

The sauces were branded firewise but they tasted store-bought, like I said earlier it was underwhelming.

First time stopping won’t be my last. Fantastic brisket! Can’t wait to try the burnt ends!

Had their bbq for the first time at Jammin on Janesville over the weekend. I ordered their pork ribs. They were delicious and so tender and flavorful. I didn’t have the cornbread but I heard everybody rave about it.
