Food was good but not very good service. My husband ordered potato pancakes and did not get his apple sauce even tho there was extra charge for pancakes. Had to ask for more,water. Waitress would disappear. We went across street for dessert , didn't want to wait another hour.

This is the second time we've been here while staying for a long weekend in Eagle River. We really enjoy the breakfast menu on the weekend! The staffing seems a little light as the service was a little slow for our family with young kids, but it's certainly not for lack of effort on the wait staffs' part.

The breakfast food is hearty and there's a good deal of variety without the menu being overwhelmingly large. The German-themed potatoes are excellent! We'll certainly be back again with family!

I can’t say enough about this place. From the moment we walked in the door, they were nothing but fantastic. The hostess got us seated almost right away and saved our butts with a box full of toys when my 3 year old started throwing a fit. Immediate relief. Our waitress Rachel was awesome and super attentive. The food was just delicious. My parents had the perch fish fry. Excellent. My husband had the chicken sandwich, which he says was the best chicken sandwich he’s ever had. Highly recommend!!

The German food here is outstanding! Service is great even when they are busy. Try the German Mule from the bar, so delicious with their homemade ginger syrup.
