The steak was amazing and bourbon selection was one of the best I have ever seen. Note: no prime rib only grilled steaks.
Been here a couple times and I remember it as being better previously. The experience and ambiance were still the same, but the food lacked the finesse that is required for the price point.
Food was really good, and the service was great! We ate at the bar, and Lindsey took such great care of us!
I personally love this restaurant as it is Fine Dining at its best. Whenever my husband & I stay at the Red Lion Paper Valley hotel in Appleton we always have dinner at Vince Lombardi's steakhouse. The atmosphere is quiet & relaxing, the wait staff is wonderful with an attention to detail (shout out to Preston who was our server the second night we ate there - awesome service)! I know they have a variety of steaks & will explain the different cuts to customers. For anyone that likes seafood the Salmon & Shrimp dinner is very good. They also have some delicious desserts available so try to save room - you won't be disappointed. I highly recommend this wonderful restaurant.
We were rather disappointed, actually. My husband had eaten there with his coworkers about four years earlier and had raved about his experience so I had high expectations with it being my first time there. The wait staff was very professional and the atmosphere was great but our food was NOT worth the prices. And isn't the food supposed to be the main value in a restaurant? My salmon was burned black and solid, completely inedible tasting of ash and my husband's steak was fatty. I believe the building that the steakhouse is in is under new ownership so maybe that has something to do with it but we probably won't be going back there four years from now at the next convention. It's definitely not worth the high prices that they charge.
