“This is my go-to Grubhub order every single time! Rookie’s wings are amazing, the sauces are great, they’re typically much quicker than other restaurants (which I know is partly on the driver), and the food is always hot fresh and perfect! “Everybody can do fish, good or bad. The VFW in my opinion does it very well. I like the walleye dinner a brandy old fashion and a white Russian as dessert. “As I headed home reminding myself to write a review, I was all ready to give a 5 star rating. The store was exceptionally clean (it is a new store location), the staff was friendly and quick, and the price was great as I ordered the Cowboy thin crust pizza for $10 as this is one of the Tuesday specials. Once I got home and preheated the oven, I noticed there was not a lot of cheese on my pizza. Fortunately, I had extra cheese at home. For $10, this is good deal. I do not eat pizza often, but for the price, this was a Great deal.”

“Pretty good place. There is a decent amount of seating, but still rather small. I came here for lunch with my mother and it was very busy, I would not recommend this place if you're crunched for time. If you do have time to wait, the pho is amazing and portions large for even the regular size. Though the menu is small, you can tell that they specialize in what they do have to offer. Overall, I will most likely come here again as the food was amazing and service was friendly.”

“Pizza and bread were good. Service was marginal. Received our pizza with a small portion missing. Server didn't say anything about it. We had to ask. She told us they lost a piece of it in the oven. Did we really have to ask why a piece or two of our pizza missing? She did give us a coupon, but we are from out of town. Coupon is not really going to help us out. Next time own a mistake and don't make a customer ask about an obvious situation. Communicate with them and come to a resolution you both can agree on. Don't just offer coupons. Problem solve a little better in the future.”

“Great local burger joint. All of the products are locally sourced as best as I know. Not always the greatest fast food but one of my favorites in the valley. Biggest complaint is the food is overly greasy with the bag being soaked with grease. Fries are good ranking at the top for thin style and the double cheese double burger is filling. Also the grilled chicken sandwich is yummy and filling. As a transplant to the Fox valley area this is my favorite local drive through burger joint.”
