The Shop Bar & Grille

I have lived in the area five years now and have seen the name change a few times at this location. I visited The Shop Bar & Grill for lunch and left impressed with my experience. The corned beef on my sandwich was cooked incredibly perfect and exceeded my expectations. The new owners apparently prepare their own meets and the food provided a great experience. Service was also excellent, along with a pleasant environment, so I am looking forward to a return visit. The downstairs was receiving a remodel so it’ll be interesting to see how it turns out.

Good environment this past weekend, and even better food!!! Heard about that incident straight from Nick what happened Friday night. Very nice gentleman and he even bought me a couple drinks out at another bar. He isn't salty about it at all. He just thought it was funny that he got his beer taken away, wasn't allowed his money back till later, and kicked out for having a civil agree to disagree talk with a fellow customer about their opinions and belief. The husband (he only offended his wife for saying Trump is doing great things for this country) and him even shook hands outside plus the guy said sorry for getting him kicked out. I would be mad too but don't let one bad incident ruin this hidden gem. All your past one stars affects the owners and the bar. Please reconsider because I had a great time here. 5 Stars *****

My wife and I stopped here for dinner, having seen some lovely pictures of their food online. Turned out to be some of the best brisket we've ever had! Delicious, smokey, sweet, melts in your mouth! The fries, too, are wonderful and seasoned. Fast, friendly service. Two thumbs way up! Can't wait to try their brisket nachos!

If you are looking for a great friendly place to hangout and have a good time I HIGHLY recommend The Shop Bar & Grille. The staff is extremely friendly and easy to talk to. The food will leave your mouth and stomach begging for more, even though the portions are plenty to fill you up!! I definitely will be going back when i'm in the area or just when i want good food.
