“This place does not ignore their customers. I showed up early for a group dinner and had 3 employees ask if they could get me anything. The prompt and attentive service continued through our meal, with our server making sure that all 9 of us had everything we needed. The menu is a single large double sided page with an incredible variety. Burgers, wraps, chicken & waffles, jambalaya, fish tacos, the list goes on and is all worth trying.”

“I was there Friday night at around 9:30pm. I had the best food and drinks I have had in a long time. The servers were so helpful! Going out of there way to make sure we were extremely happy! I had shrimp tacos! They were the best tacos I have ever had in my life! The shrimps were cooked so perfectly! Give credit to the Cooks too!! So fresh and so tasty! Yummy! We go here every few months and this is by far the best one ever! Happy severs equals happy customer! So please take care of your great servers! “We often visit SAP for brunch and love it each time. The staff are always charismatic and patient, while offering good recommendations. The food is always fresh, tasty, and unique relative to the normal brunch. I wish they had their liquor license for better cocktails but a fresh case of desserts makes up for it! SAP was the first place in the area to redefine brunch and remains at the top!”

The menu is definitely a treat and they change it up with some regularity. We've eaten here for years and never had an entree that wasn't outstanding! The only downside can be table availability. Going earlier on a weekday works well. Weekends can be tough. I'm not sure what their current reservation policy is, but I think it used to be that they would only do reservations for parties of 6 or more. Can't say enough good things about Carmella's.”

“I had a very poor experience with our order, but in the end, the pizza was good. Ordered online and the web site said the food would be ready at 6:05. I arrived at 6:08 and was told they were just starting my order. Apparently, the web app is not coordinated with the stores. It doesn't know about back logs, staffing issues, nothing. So the app leaves a lot to be desired. At 6:23, the pizza was ready, but when I pointed out there were two salads as well, I was told they would get those. But instead, he started working on other pizza orders. Five minutes later, they bring a bad of lettuce out, sets it on the counter, and goes back to making pizza. Finally, at 6:30, they start working on salads and I get out the door about 6:35. A half hour later than the app promised. Awful web site. Poor customer service. Get the pizza home, bake it, and finally start eating. The pizza and salads were actually good. With a 25% off coupon, we had dinner for four people for under $25. Not bad. Now if only corporate could fix their web site...”

“My son's favorite place to go. You get a lot of play time for your dollars here, and the staff is always helpful and friendly. I like that they have hand stamps so kids can't leave with the wrong person! Just a little security that makes me feel more comfortable. They recently updated the games, so there are plenty of new ones - clean & modern. The pizza is great and I like that you can get beer or wine! Everything is convenient - you can reload play cards at a kiosk and the ticket counter is super easy. We also had a birthday party here and it was a great experience start to finish!”

“We went on a Monday night with a group of 6 women. I called ahead to make a reservation. We were seated immediately and the staff was very friendly. Our server was very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. They bring bread to your table which is very tasty. The food and drinks were delicious! I had the bourbon maple glazed shrimp. “If you like cheese, you're going to like this place. We got the fried cheese curds sampler which has huge blocks of pepper jack, mozzarella, and cheddar breaded and fried to perfection. Add that to the cheese bomb burger, which you pour melted pepper jack over the top of your burger, and you are in a cheese paradise. If you have room for dessert, the fried brownies are 100% worth it. The bowl is loaded withthree balls of breaded and fried brownies, ice cream, and whipped cream that fed four of us. You definitely have to try this place!”
