“Great find! Stopped in for lunch with my wife and kids after hiking at 1,000 Islands. Kids enjoyed their grilled cheese (and the giant cookie that came with it, along with fresh apple slices). My wife had an amazing chicken salad sandwich (the day's special, not on the menu). My grilled cheese was overfilled with gooey deliciousness and the potato soup of the day was amazing. Baked goods described by owner with a bake-off challenge TV program like enthusiasm towards their thoughtful creative detail, and they tasted good too! We took coffee drinks to go as we left. Plenty of selection for drinks and baked goods. No wait for a Saturday lunch time stop, not because of a lack of quality, but I feel due to a lack of people yet to stumble upon this location.”

“Visited their food truck, which was located at the Kaukauna Farmer's Market on Saturday. Tried for the first time one of their breakfast wraps (Broccoli, Cheese & Potato Wrap). Was excellent with a lot of flavor and the correct amount of ingredients. Can't wait to try others that they offer for breakfast and their lunch menu. Highly recommend anyone wanting something different then the plain old bowl of cereal.”

Menu is what you'd expect for Wisconsin - lots of fish choices, sandwiches, burgers, several types of potatoes i.e. french fries, baked, American style, waffle fries and even a baked sweet potato! Decent salad bar with a funky edge. My visit they had chicken gizzards as one of the items on the salad bar. Nice and attentive wait staff and of course the Wisconsin friendly atmosphere!”

“We were here on a Saturday night. It was pretty busy therefore there was a 20 minute wait for a table. We sat at one of the tables in the bar and were given out menus and asked to order there. We had to go to the bar to get a drink. Once we were seated we all had the salad bar which was pretty good, although the salad was a little brown in spots. The fresh bread they brought to the table was awesome! We ordered the tenderloin for two and our steak was very good. The portions were very nice and the prices reasonable. We loved the mini cheesecakes that came as our dessert with our meal. Overall, very nice experience. We will be back!”

“Staff was wonderful. My class and another went in there for ice cream after a school activity. That's 40-50 teenagers, and the staff there handled it SO WELL. They managed to keep the whole production afloat and they were very friendly, even by the time we left. Plus, everyone got their ice cream in roughly 10 minutes or less. Great service, great food. I'd go back there again everyday if I could.”

“Always good and the workers are super nice. They have two tip jars and each reads something different and you "vote" on which thing is better with your tip. It's very cute and kinda fun to see which one wins--pancakes vs waffles, for example. I'm a coffee/tea person and this is the best little cafe to go to. People of all ages hang out at KCT, so bring grandma, mom, and baby sister. All are welcome. Purple Haze, Lavender Lemonade, and Turtle Mocha are my favorites :)”
