“Got to try out quite a few of their types of BBQ opening weekend. The brisket was amazing and nearly melted apart in your mouth. The ribs and rib tips had great flavor and their sauce was original and delicious. All the stuff is made fresh and is made in limited supply so get there early before the dinner rush to make sure you have the largest selection. Only open weekends during the summer for now but they do large orders and they can cater your event too. Glad to have local classic small pit BBQ in a small town.”

“The food is really good and the service was great. Very friendly people. There's a huge parking area for truckers and it's very well lit. Just have to be careful of the potholes. Which is really not that bad. Planning on stopping here again in the future.”

“A great place for Friday Fish Fry. Excellent food, and a decent bar. Be patient, they take their time preparing your food, but you can enjoy the space while you wait. It is a beautiful historic old building and has great views of mighty Lake Michigan. A great venue for a special event as well. They close in the winter.”
