The Greek themed counter restaurant is located in the Mequon Public Market. It has a few tables. I ordered a combo with gyro, spanakopita and a chicken kabob and a side of delicious Greek oven roasted potato slices. My wife had a chicken breast. The food was excellent. I was surprised at the cheese and spice dusted potatoes in an olive oil or butter sauce. The gyro was all I could expect and the Spana was crispy filo dough stuffed with spinach and cheese. The kabob was good and I rubbed it in the potato sauce for more flavor. The baklava was also authentic and honey filled. I only wish the clerk had described the dishes better. I would have raved about the potatoes and the combo plate. They need to sell their food and tempt people to try it. I also had a tasty lemon based soup called avgolemono, with egg lemon rice in a solid base. It is in a nice spot across from a flower shop. Well worth a stop for quality food!

Very surprised by the value you get at this place vs anywhere else at Sour 16. The prices are good and competitive. The food comes out pretty quick. If you get a gyro and fries, you definitely will be full. The gyros are packed full of meat and kind of remind me of Oakland Gyros. I've gone here twice now and will continue coming here. Give it a try!

We ordered the filet mignon souvlaki as well as the Gyro entrées. The food was amazing and the best Gyro I’ve had in Milwaukee. Excellent service.
