Just cruising through Point and found this little gem. This place was absolutely gorgeous inside and offered great food. We got the Combo Pho and beef belly fries. They were great. It was not busy at all but I think they will be packed once people find out about this place. Don’t fail this place Steven’s Point, show up and support them!

Great place! Food was good. I had fried rice and it wasn't anything overly exceptional, but good. My husband got Pad Thai which was really good! Best we've had in town. The atmosphere is so good. They have an expo robot that put a smile on everyone's face that was there. Will definitely eat there again.

PHO EVER 21 NEW RESTAURANT AIMING TOWARDS THE UPPER MIDDLE CLASS? YOU DECIDE

As I find my self craving good warm food, no better time then to try the new pho restaurant that just opened up close to my place. Entering the restaurant, you are welcome with beautiful décor; aesthetically pleasing open clean space, which I question right away. I was seated by a lovely waitress who provided water and a small menu. I find that a restaurant with small menus pays better attention to the food. I asked for two orders of spring rolls to start. The spring rolls were fresh and the peanut sauce was really good. I like the shredded carrots and radishes that were added to the sauce. All of the food was brought to our table side by a robot, if you will (like an automatic delivery kiosk). Which answers the question that was lingering in my mind of why this new restaurant has so much open space. My next dish was the combo pho. The portions were pleasing; the aroma of the broth was outstanding. The pho had two big bones covered by very soft meat. Overall, the dish was really good. Now for the price. Only two places serves good pho around this town. Both places have lower prices by a few dollars; which was no problem for me based only on the décor, cleanliness, and service of this place.

Couple of reasons for why the rating of the food and service is not 5 stars. One - the tripe in the pho was a bit to long. I would suggest cutting it a little bit more; I choked on couple of pieces. Second - even though the waitress was nice and attentive, I asked her a few questions she was unable to answer. For example, one of the dishes is a rare beef pho which she didn't know why the meat its called "rare". I was wondering if it was some type of wagyu beef. Third - when I walked in, two of the employees were, what I'm assuming on their break, were sitting at the bar section. Regular customers might not want to sit down at the bar if the employees are there. Makes it seem like the bar is "off limits".

To sum things up, the restaurant has lots of potential. It's clean, the décor is nice, good customer service, and the robot that delivers the food is a nice touch. Though I feel that one should consider the 'dress code', since it is not your local fast food restaurant.

I will visit the restaurant once more and I'll decide if I should rerate the food and service.

    Thanks

I rarely eat out with my big family, so I was nervous about coming to eat here. I love the ample seating they have; the inside is designed beautifully as well. My kids loved the little vignette wall they have, we took pictures there. I also appreciate the patience's and understanding of the staff with my children. The only downside I would say is that they use plastic cups (which didn't have caps for kids to reduce spilling on top of it being plastic). The pho was pretty good, I loved the broth. It's definitely one of the better pho places I've been to around here. It was also neat that they had a robot server to help bring food, my kids really enjoyed that. Since we were the last few people to eat inside, the server even gave us complimentary boba tea!!! I definitely wouldn't mind coming back to eat here again.
