    Had gone through to get a late dinner, and unfortunately they messed up. Got all the way home (off KR and 31) before I realized and I called and the lady was such a sweetheart and not only replaced our order with fresh food, but she gave us extras after apologizing several times. The food was great too. Really appreciate the good customer service.

    Like its competitor, Kentucky Fried, it could stand some HUGE improvements. The food and service are typical "chain restaurant" fare. Opened your cook book lately?
