    We know they don't hire Harvard graduates to work at fast food establishments. But if you come here, be prepared for slow staff, lacking staff, wait time for your food, and an inevitably screwed up order.

    I'm assuming this is for the new one on Washington... they still have some growing pains to get through. After placing my order it took FOREVER to get it. They were not busy at all...middle of the afternoon. Food was good though.
