“Hacienda vs Cozumel has been a dispute in my family for quite some time. I prefer Hacienda and suggested it to my family today. We started our Hacienda experience with unfriendly and inattentive staff who failed to provide napkins or silverware until we requested it. This was strange because there wasn’t many people there, and they’ve always been so good with service in the past. As the meal went on service got a bit better but it started off poorly. Hacienda is stuck in Covid policies despite CDC, State, and County return to normalcy. They make you wear a mask even to walk to your table 10 feet past the hostess stand despite there not being many if any other patrons there. It’s Hacienda’s policy choice but we won’t be continuing our in-person or take-out visits with them anytime in the near future.”

“Small cozy restaurant. They are following mask orders. Went to this place cause I had viewed the menu online for $1.50 tacos, but that must of been an old photo or from their other location. The steak tacos i got were 2.75$ each, well WORTH the price though. Ive tried tacos from many restaurants in this area. I will definitely come back here for more. During my visit they didnt accept credit cards which prevented me from ordering more to go. Please let me know when that changes :) also maybe add carnitas to the taco options”

My initial thought when looking at the menu was that it seemed a little pricey for the Janesville area; however, they totally delivered and after sharing a few different menu items, I can say it’s definitely not over priced for what you get! Kendra was our server and did a fantastic job. She was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable. We would definitely go back.”

“An astonishing change from the former Time Out pub. The place is beautiful, the staff are friendly, attentive and prompt. The beer selection is quite good. The food is pretty upscale. I had the mussels which were quite good. Yes, I drank the sauce from the platter. (Note: a spoon or more bread would be sweet!) The Korean sliders were good but a bit doughy. So, more filling, or less dough, I'm okay either way. Companion's drafthouse burger was tasty and very well done. The fries were cool and unusual. The larger ones weren't completely fried, I felt they were fine, companion felt thinner or longer fried would be better. All in all, it was great and a welcome addition to downtown Janesville and a great reason to avoid the fast food wasteland of Milton Avenue... :)”
