Big Bear Lodge

Had the broasted chicken yesterday and it was the best I have ever had! Juicy, tender, and crispy! Very flavorful! The wait staff is very friendly! Might make this our every Sunday tradition! Awesome dinner!

My wife and I joined some friends at Big Bear for do her today. The blueberry apple glazed pork prime rib is absolutely awesome! As were the Philly cheese steak sandwich and roast duck. The latter my mom would have loved if she were still around. Smelled like the recipe from the old days and looked just as good. Definitely going back for more.

Really nice place. Didn’t get a chance to eat there but heard it was good. Bartenders are friendly. We sat out on the water it was beautiful. Have to go here fun place

We used to go there all the time, then it changed hands and quality was less than desirable. Just heard about new management so though I would give it a try. So glad I did. It was a Saturday night and very busy but service was prompt and friendly. So happy they brought back the featured roast duck with spatzel, liver dumpling soup, and wild rice dressing. New sweet & sour cabbage was great. The bar and restaurant are updated & beautiful....great atmosphere. We drove 20 miles to get there and will happily do it again....worth the trip.
