I'm very pleased with the McDonald's in Sheboygan falls.... One of the managers there named Nikki is amazing! I come in with my client and she has his coffee just how he likes it all ready before we even order! She is incredibly amazing with her customer service! Can't ask for any better than her! She is the best! Thank you Nikki ????

From the perspective of working here in the beginning you'll be trained very slowly well the same time close to not at all so you will have to listen watch what people do to understand what to do. Though be careful cause when you mess up it will be on you. While at my stay here most times in the back people do not do wear gloves which is a safety violation when dealing with customers food. Though the co-workers in this McDonald's are very nice people and very respectful they will sometimes fool around too much which is expected sometimes but some fool around to much when the time comes to be serious. To add, there is no main garbage system in place to say who and when the garbage needs to go which means you'll sometimes see it get to
the point its overflowing in the back it's extremely disgusting but the, the floors are cleaned by sweaping and mopping everyday by either night or day shift people. While all the dishes are cleaned throughout the day to night for customers to have there food made as sanitary as possible. Also be very careful if you have to any take time off work, the time is flexible but not as much as advertised if you get sick have a doctor's note ready on your next day off work, have a replacement to work for you meaning have someone who can take your shift during that time that you do work. So McDonald's keeps good labor.
Learning at this McDonald's is relatively easy getting trained depends on who's training you because most people will confuse you and tell you different things and you will have to start out. By messing up and fixing your mistakes which will lead to later helping you become a better employee. This is most to the grill area as do I work the grill area mainly.

Know that if if you are hired for night you will most likely if trained will be put on day this may be confusing but you do not have a choice in the matter only your boss does. if cannot come and or attend these hours do tell them as bluntly as you can when you are being hired. Make sure you are being thorough but truthful about what you need from them and you will get what you need. To add, the food is made relatively quickly with quick succession through the lines ,good work and well it may slow down for customers when we get rushes they keep pushing through. While grill people back them up and make sure they have what they need to have your orders out as quickly as possible.

I make this review for anybody coming to eat at this McDonald's to let you know these are hard-working employees in a weird system. While at the same time I make this for the people would like a job at the McDonald's on 1060 highway 32 North Sheboygan Falls. You will be stressed out but each day will bring its own challenge whether you pushed through it indoor let it push you is that what decides how was your work experience here it goes.
